1 · Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Tovel platform and website (the "Service"), operated by Tovel Pty Ltd, ABN 000 000 000. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2 · The service

Tovel provides a governance and observability harness for AI agents operating within isolated enclaves. Features, framework packs and residency are as described on this website and in your order form or MSA. We may update the Service, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.

3 · Accounts & access

Access is via single sign-on or passwordless authentication through our identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your organisation's access and for activity under your accounts.

4 · Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to violate law or a third party's rights.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent enclave isolation, guardrails or the evidence locker.
  • Do not misrepresent Tovel's coverage or certifications. Further AUP terms, counsel review

5 · Your data

Your content and the records generated within your enclaves remain yours. We process them to provide the Service, resident in Australia on AWS, as described in the Privacy Policy. Data-processing terms / DPA reference, counsel review

6 · Liability

Limitation of liability, warranties, indemnities, to be drafted by counsel and reconciled with the enterprise order form / MSA.

7 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

1 · Scope

This Policy explains how Tovel Pty Ltd handles personal information collected through the website and platform, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2 · What we collect

  • Contact details you provide (name, work email, organisation) when you book a demo or create access.
  • Authentication metadata via our identity provider.
  • Product telemetry and audit records generated within your enclaves.

3 · How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, respond to enquiries, and meet legal and audit obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4 · Storage & residency

Personal information and enclave records are stored in Australia on AWS. Inference runs in-region on AWS Bedrock. Sub-processor list, to be maintained

5 · Sharing

We share personal information only with sub-processors necessary to run the Service, under contract, and where required by law. Named sub-processors, counsel / ops review

6 · Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations for audit records.
